Stillwater is an independent travel inspiration and information website about spas, retreats and wellbeing escapes. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. We are not a travel agent or spa

We publish guides and recommendations. We do not sell, organise or operate trips, stays or treatments. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the spa, hotel or booking partner, under their terms, prices and cancellation rules.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we recommend.

4. Accuracy, prices and availability

We work hard to keep information accurate, but prices, opening times, treatment menus and availability change. Always confirm details with the provider before you travel.

5. Health and treatments

Massages, thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms and other spa treatments may not suit everyone, including during pregnancy or with certain health conditions. Our content is general information, not medical advice. Tell the provider about any condition, follow their rules and consult a doctor where appropriate. You take part at your own risk.

All text, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit; you may not copy, scrape or republish our content without written permission. Photos may belong to third parties and are used under licence.
